Sheridan French
Design is in Sheridan French's blood. Inspired by her great grandmother, Sheridan, created her first ball gown at age 12 and has never looked back. While studying in Europe and obtaining her Masters degree, she continued to pursue her passion for design by participating in several fashion shows. She worked behind the scenes, designed her own collections and even modeled, which led her to a position at the Prada Press Office in London. All of this continued to drive her desire to one day have her own label. Now back in her home town of Fort Worth, Texas with a family of her own, and fashion editor of Fort Worth, Texas magazine, she has launched Sheridan French, a chic line of womenswear that is a celebration of color as well as a fusion of exceptional prints and classic, flawless design. Sheridan dreams of having her own lifestyle show and gracing the cover of Vogue. She is a wife, mother of one and soon to be two, and zoo-keeper to two cats and two enormous dogs that put Marley to shame. Her loves: family, fashion, interior design, her mom's chocolate chip cookies, baking apple pies from scratch, pasta with far too much parmesan cheese than usually deemed acceptable, taking photographs of her gorgeous family, very bright, very high heeled shoes, and most of all, when her husband wakes up early, takes the baby monitor, and lets her sleep in.
